Refund policy
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Items purchased on sale or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags still attached. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return approval. If items are returned outside of the allowed time frame or do not meet the required condition, the refund will be declined, and the items will not be sent back. If you receive damaged goods, please provide photo evidence, and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is processed and inspected, you will receive an email notification confirming the receipt of your returned item. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If your return is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank, as there might be a delay in processing the refund.

Gifts
If you received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please provide the name or email of the purchaser, or the order number. We can then reassign the order to your name. When submitting for a refund, select store credit as the refund method so the credit will be issued to you, not the original gift giver.
