How long will it take to receive my items?
We strive to process orders within 1-2 days of receiving them, Monday through Friday. Shipping speed will depend on the service selected at checkout.
What do I do if I enter the wrong shipping address?
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12 pm MST are final and cannot be modified. If you submitted your order after 12 pm MST or during the weekend, send an email to info@thrivekidswear.com promptly with the subject "URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE," and include your order number along with the correct shipping address in the email body.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada.
What do I do if my package is damaged, lost, or stolen?
Once packages are handed over to the delivery service, we relinquish control over them. In the event of a delay, loss, or theft of a package, we cannot accept responsibility. Your best course of action is to reach out to the delivery service, providing them with your tracking number, enabling them to assist in locating the package or resolving any issues.
What should I do if my package was returned to sender due to an incorrect address?
Should your package be returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by you, you have the option to either receive a refund for your order (excluding shipping costs) or cover the expenses for reshipping it.
